Support Intern - Description

Overview:

Brewery Buddy is looking for a Support Intern. The Support Intern will be focused on customer success and may work on a variety of projects.

Potential projects include:

  • Answering customer support inquiries
  • Data entry
  • Industry research
  • Writing support documentation
  • Outreach and support for sales
  • Web service integrations

The chosen candidate will receive close guidance and mentorship from the co-founders and have input on the projects they work on.

About You:

  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with an easy ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects.
  • Strong work-ethic and a willingness to learn!

This is a chance to gain some real-world work experience in a fun, startup environment. Although this is an unpaid internship, the selected candidate will be learning skills broadly applicable in any workplace. We are still an early-stage company, so every position is critical to the success of the business. Come learn from our team during this phase of rapid growth in the craft brewing industry!

HOURS: Flexible, to accommodate class schedules or other commitments.
