Business Development Intern

Business Development Intern

Overview:

Brewery Buddy is looking for a Business Development Intern. The Business Development Intern will get to work with emerging analytic and sales tools while growing their skills through mentorship from our sales co-founder.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Schedule Product demos with Breweries
  • Manage outreach to breweries
  • Handle inbound leads from website
  • Find leads using multiple websites and services
  • Manage CRM and other sales tools
  • Communicate with customers regularly
  • Schedule and send customer invoices
  • Record daily sales and activity

The Business Development Intern will get to work on a variety of meaningful projects while receiving guidance and mentorship from the co-founders. Although this is an unpaid internship, you will be learning business skills broadly applicable from Tuscaloosa to New York City. We are a small team, so every position is critical to the success of the business. The craft brewing industry is booming, and you have an opportunity to participate and learn during this phase of rapid growth.

Communications Intern

Communications Intern

Overview:

Brewery Buddy is looking for a Communications Intern. The Communications Intern will be focused on the company’s public persona, customer success, and may work on a variety of projects.

Potential projects include:

  • Assisting with social media
  • Copyediting
  • Creating marketing materials
  • Refining brand guidelines
  • Writing blog posts, press releases, and support documentation
  • Answering customer support inquiries

The chosen candidate will receive close guidance and mentorship from the co-founders and have input on the projects they work on.

About You:

  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with an easy ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects.
  • Strong work-ethic and a willingness to learn!

This is a chance to gain some real-world work experience in a fun, startup environment. Although this is an unpaid internship, the selected candidate will be learning skills broadly applicable in any workplace.
